Opening and cleaning of soakage well of 50 users capacity by pumping out foul/dirty water into shallows pits n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth including closing the soakage well after cleaning with water and spreading bleaching powder complete all as directed.

Opening and cleaning of soakage well of 100 users capacity by pumping out foul/dirty water into shallows pits n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth including closing the soakage well after cleaning with water and spreading bleaching powder complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked / socked manholes incl removal of sludge/ dirt etc to a place n,exc 50mm incl removing and refixing existing man hole cover slab without damage and any depth of manholes etc complete all as directed.

Cleaning of sewage line of any diameter and of any description including manholes by manually or other means, to clear the sludge/blockage inside the sewage line and manholes and will be flushing with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manhole to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge and re- fixing the manhole cover all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of nahni/floor/gully trap upto first manhole and removal of sludge etc all as pecified and as directed.

M&L broken bricks for loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150mm in soakage pits, soakage wells all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep for sewage pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil for sewage pipe line /manhole and cleaning the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking-up of 150mm nominal dia unserviceable SGW, AC,PVC or re-inforcement concrete, set in cement mortar including PCC haunching complete and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L P.C.C (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against side of pipes after they are laid down and tested complete for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150 mm internal dia salt glazed stoneware drain pipes , laid in trenches and jointed as specified all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (Un-reinforced) and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete in roofs, floors(other than ground floor),beams, staircases, landing, chajjas,slabs and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing post, strut (wood, Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embbed portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chainlink fencing, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel fillet and nut bolt. n.exc 4KG per Sqm complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each 0.50cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation all as specified.

S & F Angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 (Gde E qty A)

S&F (in repairs) Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs, staining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain -ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire

Supply only chain link fencing any size and type complete all as directed.

S&F 12 mm dia MS bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head on one end and screwed the other, screwed and fitted with nut and washer, length 4 CM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepration of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coats of red oxide preparation of new surfaces over 10 cm width on ginth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length ben to shape reqd etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 mm x 6 to 7mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
