Supply delivery and fixing of staircase with M30 grade concrete for landings, MS ladder of 0.45m wide using 50x50x5mm MS angles for sides and steps at 0.30m c/c, with GI pipe handrails using 32mm GI pipes for railings and verical support at 0.45m C/c, MS flats (Size 40mm x 5mm ) for horizontal ties at 0.3m c/c and at bottom with Anchor fastener bolts of size 12mm x 75mm including cost of materials labour for fabrication of handrails fixing, painting etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sane! and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110 mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 X 0.60m water tight CI manhole frame and cove of approved pattern at the roof slab and as directed. The manhole frame and cover should be of light duty and confirming to IS: 1726-1974

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete.

Supplying and filling with Sand including cost and conveyennce and all labour charges etc.

Paving with Interlocking Paver Block 80mm thick including cost and conveyennce and all labour charges etc.

Cost and Supply and fixing of 2"x2" 10 gauge galvanized wire chain link including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc complete

Cost and Supply and fixing of Barbed wire 10 gauge two ply and four pronged GI wire including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc complete
