Towards supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3 Core 2.5 SQMM copper armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade in existing DWC Pipe etc. as required (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards supplying and fixing adequate size of heavy duty HDPE pipe ,having working pressure 4Kg/ Sq.cm. at a depth of 75 Centi metre below the ground including excavation &, refillingthe trench etc, of following sizes complete as required. Towards supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3.5 Core 70 SQMM Aluminium armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade in existing DWC Pipe etc. as required. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of both side openable double door(back & front) Outdoor Type Feeder Pillar suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system having suitable fabricated with CRCA sheet steel of 1.6 mm thick and 2 mm thick for slanted roof & gland plates with 400 mm long Leg & base frame made of 40X40X06 mm MS Angle i/c Powder Coated Paint in approved shade , Aluminium Alloy bus bars of 200A Capacity,connections, interconnections with adequate size aluminium bars, cables, connectors etc. alongwith necessary nuts & bolts, clamps, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, with necessary M.S. channel, MS Flat,door handle, godown lock, padlock, both side louvers,Aluminium Danger Plate on brick mortar foundation, with PCC Base casting i/c excavation, entire feeder pillar shall have a common GI earth bar, cable gland plates , i/c following accessories. 2 number incommer 125Amp and interconnection with ATS and outgoing 4 no. 63amp MCCB 3 phase, 3 no. 63 amp and 6 no. 32 amp 2SP MCB (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Towards supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying in position cement concrete (pcc) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressummers and cantilevers (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards removing and stacking boundary wall grills of a specified design within a 50-meter lead involves dismantling the grills, removing any necessary components like bolts or rivets, and then carefully stacking the dismantled pieces within the designated area. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Towards steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 450 mm dia RCC pipes. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards applying of 12 mm cement plaster :1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and fixing Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for cold-water supply, including all UPVC plain & brass threaded fittings and fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step UPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Towards providing, fixing, jointing and testing in position of ISI marked UV stabilized UPVC pipe for soil, waste and vent, Type-B as per IS : 13592 suitable for rubber ring joints, including all necessary specials and fittings (cinfirming to IS:14735) i.e. bends, tees, junctions (with or without door), reducers, WC connectors, couplers, expansion joints / bellows, cowels, clamps, rubber rings, clean outs etc. fixing at wall/celling/floor level support by hangers etc in cocealed/ inside duct/under floor & basement celling / external work etc. including chase cutting as required excavation and back filling in all kind of soil suspended from floor under false celling or embeding the pipes laid under floors / building in 75mm. Alround 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including cost of shuttering for proper completion of work, breaking and making good the walls and floors etc. after pipes have been duly laid and tested. Towards excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of f ittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing & Installation of a RO+UV+UF+TDS control water purifier for commercial uses 100 litre per hour Maximum daily cycle 500 L/Day, Power supply single phase 230v AC 50-60 hz all complete, as per direction of competent authority.
