M&L for taking down after open the front cover of main panel, disconnecting HT/LT connection from all incomming/outgong connection checking the serviceability of all components i.e existing ACB of 400 Amp rating, contactors, MCB's, MCCB, indicator lights, replacement of non functionable items burnt out PVC insulated copper wire, MCB's etc. supply and fix the new ACB of 630 Amp latest rating of 415 Volt, 4 pole, 50 Hz with manual drawout type with microprocessor release of capacity 630 Amps thermal magnetic release after thoroughly clean and testing all as required and directed at site.

M&L in repair Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade

M&L for fixing of Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced all as specified and directed.

M&L for stretching of over head ACSR conductor of any size (4 wire system) including replacemnt of winding wire all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing of HT Switch air break ( GOD) 11 KV TP with replacement of Corroded nut Bolts, ACSR Jumpers, making alignment of operating Mechanism for Proper ON / OFF operation of GOD and male contact including fuse assembly complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Indicator lamp LED type (colour Red,Yellow,Blue) in repair. Make : L&T/ABB and equivalent all as specified and directed

Repair and replacement of panel locking system including key and hinges nut & bolt of suitable size complete as specified and directed.

M&L in repair MCCB, 100 Amps 3 Pole with breaking capacity 18 KA Make:- L&T DU100D and equivalent all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to and 20×3mm copper strip as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed after taking down old earthing.( Copper strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels/slopes/gradients etc. complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 10 square mm, 2 core conforming to IS 7098 Part-I or IS 1554 Part-I. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 25 Sqmm 4 core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 25 square mm, 4 core conforming to IS 7098 Part-I or IS 1554 Part-I. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 50 Sqmm 4 core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 50 square mm, 4 core conforming to IS 7098 Part-I or IS 1554 Part-I. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 70 Sqmm 3½ core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 70 square mm, 3½ core conforming to IS 7098 Part-I or IS 1554 Part-I. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 50 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for fixing GI tube in repair light grade of size 40mm dia with all fittings for cable protection to cross the road/foot path/hardstanging etc all as specified.

M&L for cutting of roads/hardstanding/foot path 30 Cm width and 50 cm depth and making good disturbed surface by using PCC (1:3:6) type C2 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable items of any description, any make and in any position and refixing new supply & fix aluminium 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor service connection cable twin core flat cable stranded conductor 10 sqmm omplete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but 6 sq mm

Supply and fixing in repair integral LED street light luminaries comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame of capacity 72 watt, Ingress protection IP 65 protection including connected wire, Suitable for 40mm dia pipe, with complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to over head ACSR/bus bar box at the bottom of pole with using 1.50 Sqmm two core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for painting of LT steel pole & LT outdoor/indoor panel box with synthetic enamel paint two coat as per existing colour over a coat of primer after scraping out of existing paint including cross arms and writing of pole number as per exisiting colour and size of letter/words minimum 100 mm all as specified and directed.

S&F prefebricated pre painted metal/PVC Junction box for controlling pole lights suitable for housing MCB's with hinged type door and locking arrangement, clamp for fixing on street light pole including MCB SPN 20 AMP as directed by engr in charge.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
