Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level including curing complete with Lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime putty: 1 Surkhi: 1 Fine sand)

25mm thick lime plaster in two coats, backing coat 15mm thick in 1 Lime : 2 Surki mortar and finishing coat of 10mm thick in 1 Lime: 2 Surki mortar on fair side of brick tile including organic additives like Sugarcane molasene, extracts of beil, maithi etc as per traditional practices

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° upto floor five level level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level & above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
