REPAIR TO JAFRI WALL, CHAIN LINK FENCING, PATHWAY ALONG SOUTH SIDE OF RUNWAY AT AF STN JODHPUR

Rough excavation in any type of soil not exc. 0.30 mm deep, spoil obtained from excavation, debris, building materials etc and removing the same to outside MD land including making good the excavated surface at a true level complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) For measurement dimension of vehicle in terms of length, width and height shall be made. (b) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of loading, unloading and cleaning of the site complete.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete precast, concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 03 above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Old stones obtained from item No. 2 shall be reused under this item.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) or fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels, drains etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS : 15489 : 2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 lit/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces completed all as specified and directed.

Fixed in repair 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.
