Digital Water Level recorders (DWLR) with Telemetry
Digital Water Level Recorders(DWLRs) with Non-Vented Pressure sensors & with barometric pressure correction with Rain-Gauge for individual station with measurement range specified in Table 1 -- list of Piezometer sites and 50meter sensor cable along with junction box and 5 meter signal cable and necessary accessories with battery operated data logger and telemetry system based on GSM & GPRS, complete as per the technical specifications

Improvement of existing Piezometers (Cleaning of piezometers through bailing and development by Submersible pump) as per the technical specifications
Digital Water Level recorders (DWLR) Installation testing and commissioning of Digital Water Level Recorders (DWLRs) with Non Vented Pressure Sensors & with barometric Pressure Correction with Rain-Gauge for Individual station and desired sensor cable along with junction box and 5 meter signal cable and necessary accessories with battery operated data logger and telemetry System based on GSM & GPRS, complete as per the technical specification.
Integration of GSM & GPRS data with the existing State GW Data Center at Lucknow and e-SWIS, MIS developed under Atal Bhujal Yojana at New Delhi and/or any such Web-portal as suggested by the Department with all ancillary equipment, as per technical specifications.
Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for DWLRs with Telemetry and Rain-Gauge along with accessories, installed at designated locations as specified in scheduled of requirement after final acceptance & up gradation of all software associated with DWLR systems. This includes replacement of batteries as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS and SIM charges and other related charges
Comprehensive AMC for DWLR with Rain-Gauge system with telemetry along with all accessories, installed at designated locations as specified in schedule of requirement after 5 years warranty period. This includes the replacement of batteries as and when required at the bidder's cost, the cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry and SIM charges and other related charges. ( For 1st Year)

Training of the purchaser's personnel as per details given in technical specification at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of DWLR with telemetry and relevant software and supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification
Construction of protection work of P-Tube Stations by 1st class Brick Work (250mm Th.) on Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) at base (and top)with reinforcement over Single Brick Flat Soling .Shuttering as per requirement for the concreting and all the walls and concrete surfaces to be finished with cement sand plaster( 20mm,1:4) and neat cement as per drawing . The top cover to be made as per design and drawing, locking arrangement and painting the surfaces of steel with best quality synthetic enamel paint after primer . Writing the name of the site with Lat/Long and RL if available on the face of the wall. The rate includes supply of all materials and construction all complete including cost of carriage of all tools and materials to the site .
Construction of Fencing with barbed wire around the piezometer site as per drawing attached including Fabrication and supply, fixing and painting of Fencing angle iron, sign board of frame size 0.75x0.60x1.95m with cross strips and beading of size 30x4 mm welded on frame size 10x40x5 mm frame and M.S. sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing and design including all labour and material, etc. required as per technical specifications.
