M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 01 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg per10 Sqm putting in premix bituminus macadam well rammed as specified for thin bituminus carpet (3 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (9.8 Kg of binder with 0.09 cum of sand), again rolled power roller 10 to 12 ton capacity, depth of pote holes exc 30mm all as specified).

M&L for premixed Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using binder contents 4% by weight of total mix, over primed surfaces of road using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), any panetration, laid/rolled and compacted with 10-12 tonne power roller to required camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L for preparing of old black top surfaces by brshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on Black top surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces and applying paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

Note: The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg of paving bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continous with burnt clay modular sub class 'B' bricks edging with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling for berms laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick spread level and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in floors finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and old surfaces of roads as required /directed and making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of minimum 2mm thick width not exceeding 15cm with hot thermoplastic road marking paint conforming to BS:3262 with 20 % glass beds (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F raised pavement marker of polycarbonate body consisting Retro reflective micro prisimatic though polycarbonate lens fixed on the road surface with adh (Make: 3M India or equivalent make as approved all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar road studs size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made up of highly compressive materials of sustain over 10 tonnes 100% water proof design according to IP65 with minimum 3 super bright LED lens on each opposite sides (2 sides only), with built solar panel of high effciency mono crystalline not less that 2.4V/0.3 watt with recharge battery not less than 1.20V/1500MA and fixing the stem firmly into road surface as per manufacturer's instructions. S&F in repair MS round delineators post black colour 750mm high and 65 mm (OD) medium grade embedded in post holes of size (20cm x 20cm x 25cm) in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair convex mirror of 80cm dia with MS poles of 50-60mm dia medium grade (length of poles is 2.00m) fixed with cleats and hooks including nuts, embedded in post holes of size (40cm x 40cm x 60cm) in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single sided metal beam crash barrier including taking down old as per the followings and as per manufacturer's insturction complete all as specified and directed. Crash barrier:- (a) W BEAM: MS cold rolled of 3mm thick profile section of size 312mm x 83mm x 4318mm (length) (b) Post: MS cold rolled of 5mm thick 'C' channel of size 150mm x 75mm x 1800mm (length) post spacing every 2 mtrs. (c) Spacer: MS cold rolled of 5mm thick 'C' channel of size 1500mm x 75mm x 330mm (length) (d) Fasteners: All fasteners will be galvanized and confirm to IS 1367 (e) All above section shall be hot dip galvanized of coating 550 GSM.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
