Supply,Installation of LED Highbay luminarie with a housing of Pressure Diecasted Aluminum and cover of toughned and shatter proof quality glass to ensure protection.The Luminarie shaould have a color consistency SDCM<5,CRI>80 and CCT of 6500K.The luminarie shall be compliant with IP66 classification and impact protection of IK08 to ensure durability.Luminarie shall be designed to emitt at least 10000 nominal lumens at a system efficacy of atleast 130 lumens/watt and maximum system wattage of 80W.Lumiarie should have specific designed optic module aloows UGR<25 with both centrally fit rotationally symmetric narrow beam and wide beam options avaliable to provide flexibility in applications.Lumiarie should have eyebolt mounting arrangements.The Luminarie should be designed so as to ensure lumen depriciation of upto 30% over 50K burning hours @ design ambient tep 45deg C.The electronic driver used shall have a power factor > 0.95 and THD<10% with a minimum inbulit surge protection of 4KV.The Luminarie should have auto shutdown at 325+_ 15V and auto recovery options with loop in loop out model avaliable too.The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IS10322.The LED driver should comply to IEC61000-3-2 ed ,2009 for Harmonics,IEC61347-2-13,2006 in conjuction with IEC61347-1 ed 2.0 , 2007 for Electric safety,IEC62384 ed.1.1,2011 for performance and IEC61547 ed.2.0,CISPR-15 for EMI.Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab,approved by NABL or ministry of science of govt of India.LM79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters.
Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of PDB. This will be floor mounted, free standing, indoor duty, dust & vermin proof, front operated, having front hinged lockable doors, and will be complete with the main and auxiliaries bus bars, interconnection, earth terminals, earth bus and will be powder coated finished with 70 micron. The PDB panel shall use all for 415 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire supply system. The panels will be made as per detailed specifications and drawings forming part of this document.
