Supply & Fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long, 11 to 15mm dia of shank, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting two coat of steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl prep of surfaces, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing MS galvanised chain link fencing with PVC coating weight not less than 2.5 Kg per Square Metre and dia of wire not less than 2.4mm with 1.5mm thick PVC coating and aperature of mesh 100mm x 100mm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing steel work in tubular trusses, grill, grating and gates etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. Material & Labour for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kg per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm -1.2mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the direction/ supervision of the Engineer-in-charge, all complete. Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300mm x 300mm x 10mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on water proof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
