M&L two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specification, anti algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of min 1 per litre having ap pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both coats of paint complete all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 as in internally surface of walls.

M&L for 6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7'/9' to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for water proof cement based putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sqm of avg thickness 1 mm over plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following step (step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instruction and mix it with putty mixer with mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per min. (Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 litre with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI (Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper on new/old using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per litre complying LEEDS criteria @ 1ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of min 1ltr per min having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface in both the coat of paint as per manufacturer instruction complete all as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface including excavation and refilling, treatment and sealing of all joints, corner, junctions of pipe and masonary with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size 600x1200 mm in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only .
