Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 500 metres lead of :G.S. Sheet

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 500 metres lead:Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anchor fastener/bolt to column connecting with a anchor plate, for fixing cantilever truss to column including all necessary screws etc. complete (Anchor plate to be paid separately). All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.-minimum thickness 2.00 mm) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes.All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work, after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing ridges or hips width 120 cm overall width plain Galvalume sheet of 0.50 mm thick and a minimum overlap of 40cm. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, and bitumen washers complete. .The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.
