Complete dismantling of damaged 300 mm dia. M.S foot valve with suction pipe, 250 mm dia. sluice valve rod, 05 cusec Hz split casing pump unit no.02 with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles. The job also includes the charge for shifting of above mentioned items manually from site to road approx. 300 Mtr. for loading in private load carrier.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 05 cusec HZ split casing suction pump unit no.02, 300 mm dia. M.S foot valve, sluice valve rod of lift irrigation scheme Darpora using appropriate means of transport like Mahindra Bolero, Tata mobile up to lead of 9km/trip :

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeve two no as per sample having weight 2kg weight each sleeve

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of G.M neck ring as per sample having weight 2kg weight each ring

Repairs to damaged shaft SS by way of rebuilding of shaft by way of material deposition using high quality electrodes then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimension and profile of shaft fallowed by finishing.

Providing of palmative packing as per sample for pumping unit.

Providing of grease for site to use it for pumping units

Repairs to gun metal impellers at damaged areas like curved vanes, neck ring area by way of patching with gun metal material then, turning, finishing etc. on lathe to restore the original dimension.

Providing M.S nuts & bolts for suction/ delivery pipe, foot valve

Providing & fitting of rubber gasket for flanged joints of suction pipe three no & three more as a standby to use it in future during breakdown

Repairs to 300 mm dia. M.S foot valve by way of replacement of weight plate approx. five kg with new one, welding to damaged area by way of welding /patching, repairs to hinges, p/f of new washers, nuts& bolts, fabrication of new strainer approx. weight seven kg for the completion of work.

Replacement of damaged 300 mm dia. 12mm thick suction pipe flange with new one for the completion of work

Fabrication of new SS spindle with proper threading & wedge nut by way of machining process with the help of skilled labour having weight three kg. The job also includes the charge of palmetto packing, R.I cloth etc for the completion of work

Modification of base frame of unit no.02 pumping unit by way of cutting, welding, drilling new holes and providing fitting of new M.S channel of suitable length approx. 5kg for the completion of work. The job includes hire charge of D.G set, welding set, electrodes, other tools & tackles for the completion of work.

Providing and fitting of TC- 16 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre. The job also includes the charge for taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor

Shifting of 05 cusec pump, M.S foot valve, Sluice valve rod manually from road to site approx. 300 Mtr. after proper repairs from workshop, then fitted M.S foot valve with suction pipe, assembling of HZ split casing pump after proper cleaning of all the parts, alignment with motor, connecting motor leads tested on full load.

Repairs to the minor leakage (278 cm) along 250mm dia. M.S rising main of lift irrigation scheme Darpora at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
