Demolition or brick work of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement morter including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work and precasted concrete article complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks stright or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item of BOQ).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down water etc and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 5mm thick) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @3% by the weight of cement finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Integral water proofing compund shall be measured and paid separtely.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick internal cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for prepration of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting or uprooting grass from roof or chajja, removing rubbishoff the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new cement plaster

Material and Labour forfir cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall , roof projection, chajja, etc; including brooming down and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of emulsion primer with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete & screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, and water proofing compound @ 3% finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of thisBOQ).

Material and Labour for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3mm thick weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP bassed polymeric membrane shall be "Dr Fixit" manufacturered by M/S Pidilite Industries or "MOPLY FP 4MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited and 'Hyperplus" by IWL India Limited/ STP Ltd/ SIKA. (iv) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness incl. nanital and similar pattern of roof covering.

Material and Labour for closing bolt holes etc. in old corrugated steel sheets or Aluminium sheeting by bsealing with one bitumin and one curve GI washer on either side and 6mm GI bolts and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25mm in length

Fixing only galvanised corrugated MS sheeting grade of zinc coating 275 with two corrugation side laps fixed with 'L' or 'J' hooks and washers in roofs complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated MS sheeting grade of zinc coating 275 with two corrugation side laps , bent , curve, fixed with 'L' or 'J' hooks and washers in roofs complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275

Supply and fix pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Supply and fix pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. and fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts in liew of screw. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Tubes, medium grade, 15 mm bore, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 15mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix tubes, medium grade, 20 mm bore, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 20mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs rotational moulded antifungal multilayered polythylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 Ltrs incl cover all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 2nd class hard wood in scantling clean sawn timber fixed and framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labours preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of pink primer.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labours for one coat of oil emulsion distemper on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls of any description incl preparation, washing rubbing down and stopping of distebred and painted surface complete all as specified and as directed.
