OD321096/2023-2024:(OD derived from 51.20) Providing and fixing precoated Alu Zinc Steel profile sheets (size, shape and colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.35 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness . The alloy coating nominally contains 55% aluminium, 43.5 % and 1.5% silicon by weight, applied by the hot dipping process and having good corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity including all cost of conveyance and labour charges etc as specified and as directed by the engineer in charge .The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

OD321043/2023-2024:Providing and fixing uPVC corrugated roofing sheets of good quality up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I plain/bitumen washers complete, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.

50.12.2.1:Providing & fixing Poly carbonate corrugated sheet 0.8 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size (5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical/ curved surface, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size shapes where ever required.

12.4.2:Providing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

5.21:Extra for providing and fixing expanded metal mesh of size 20x60 mm and strands 3.25 mm wide 1.6 mm thick weighing 3.64 kg per sqm for encasing or rolled steel sections in beams, columns and grillages excluding cost of hangers.
