M&L for taking down unserviceable ceiling fans 1200mm sweep from existing location / position including disconnecting from electric connections and depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for taking down unserviceable exhaust fans 300mm sweep with louvers from existing location / position including disconnecting from electric connections and depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed

Notes for item Nos. 1 to 3: (i) Geysers, ceiling fans, exhaust fans shall be taken down from any location, height, positions, etc. as per site (ii) Disconnection from mains and supply shall be done with requisite safety measures (iii) All cost of loading, unloading, carting, T&P, etc. as required to deposit taken down items to MES storeyard shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates

S&F metal clad socket outlet with single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug socket with and inlcuding one SP MCB 20A 10kA 240V and testing on installation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for submain wring using proper colour coding with 2 runs of single core 4sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed suitable for 1100V multistranded copper conducter cable and 1 run of 2.5sqmm multistranded, copper conductor cable 1100V green colour for earth conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit 25mm bore, heavy duty, ISI marked concealed in wall/ceiling, etc. with all required accessories including taking down old sub-main wiring any type complete all as specified and as directed

Notes for item No. 14: (i) 2 runs of 4sqmm main cable, 1 run of 2.5sqmm earth conductors and 1 run of PVC conduit as per item shall be measured as one length (ii) Separate conduit shall be used for each sub-main wiring circuit irrespective of numbers of wire (iii) The minimum size of conduit shall be as stipulated, however higher sizes shall be used as per number of cables passing through. The Engineer-in-charge shall ensure for proper size of conduit as per requirement at site
