Biennial Contract for Cleaning of the Vidyut Nagar Colony and Vidyut Board Vidhyalaya at Vidyut Nagar Colony, Vadodara for the Year 2026-28

Engaging man power for item No 01 to 13 for Cleaning

of the open area, Toilets, bath room etc. for

housekeeping related all works who are conversant with

such all work in Vidyut nagar colony premises except

School premises approximately 3000 smt. per day for

entire BLOCK/person as per requirement & instruction.

Labour engaged should be reaming present as per

working Hrs fixed i.e. 8.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs and

hrs to 17.30 hrs. Note:- Acid phenyl, Air freshener,

Naphtha ball, Liquid soap supplied free of cost By

Company and rest of material required coconut broom

and topala/kantan shall be brought by contractor at his

own cost. In morning session all labour should work in

respective blocks but in after noon session they have to

work in team as decided by EIC. The work includes

cleaning area as well as cleaning open garages as well

as monsoon gutters.

such all work for in Vidyut nagar School premises

except colony premises approximately 4000 smt. per

day for entire BLOCK as per requirement & instruction

as per scope of work. Labour engaged should be

reaming present as per working Hrs fixed i.e. 8.00 Hrs

to 12.00 Hrs and 13.30 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs for three

person and 12.00 Hrs to 21.30 Hrs including recess for

Six person or as per requirements fixed by school

authority. Note:- Acid phenyl, Air freshener, Naphtha

jala/bawa and topala/kaantan required shall be

brought by contractor at his own cost. In morning

decided by EIC for collection and disposal of debris at

specific locations. SUNDAY WILL BE HOLIDDAY.

Engaging 1 (One) Supervisor for Vidyut Nagar colony,

school building, VIP guest, club building, shopping

centre, dispensary, post office, Balwadi, div. office & all

Successful bidder has to pay all dues to workers as per prevailing labour laws & produce original

documents as and when demanded by authorities. Ignorance of labour laws or failure to consider

3 them while quoting his rate will not absolve party towards complying prevailing labor laws. The

contractor shall at his own expense comply with all labour laws & keep MGVCL indemnified in

respect thereof.

Payment shall be released in RA bills at rates shown against actual laborers utilized. The contractor

shall have to produce documents for having paid, the statutory & labour laws dues amount to Govt.

4 in subsequently monthly basis. At time of final bill the contractor has to make payment to Govt.

authorities & produce the receipts/challans along with the Bill against which the final payment shall

be released.

In final bill the contractor has to submit details of payment received from MGVCL & same should

reconcile with amount actually paid to Labour’s/Govt.

Labour wages are revised by labour department every year w.e.f 1st April & 1st October. Price

variation due to such increase/decrease shall be payable considering basic rate as on 1st April

for un–skilled category Rs.512.50 & for semi skilled Rs.522.50 as applicable from time to time.

Tenders are invited on % claim by contractor & bidder who offers minimum % will be considered as

The rate of work order given to party remains firm. Rates are excluding GST. GST shall be

reimbursed on submission of all original challans / as per Govt. prevailing rules.

For absent of person, recovery of 15% amount per Manday shall be levied from bill as penalty

11 amount in addition to per day amount and in absence of that person, agency has to arrange for

that absent person work and no payment will be made for the same

As per GM (HR) Circular No. MGVCL/HR/2015/68 dated 03.06.2015, "If a firm quotes

12 NIL service charges/consideration or quotes below (Negative) the estimate, such bids

shall be treated as unresponsive and will not be considered.

If contract is awarded to contractor, he has to obtained Group Insurance Policy from suitable

insurance agency or they are registered under ESI Act. In addition, whenever, ESI Act is applicable

and contractor has obtained ESI registration, no need to obtain Group Insurance Policy separately.

In future, as and when additional manpower required or required to be discontinued, you have to

provide/discontinued the same with the same rate & terms of tender mentioned in schedule-B

above. Also, if school premise shifted from exiting location manpower shall have to be provided at

new location (Vadodara Juridiction).

15 Present of Manpower must be monitor through electronic machine or as directed by EIC.

The agency has to provide a Uniform and PVC ID card to each manpower. No separate payment will

be made for this.

above cited work.

I/We have read & clearly understood the terms, conditions, and Schedule-B & Technical specifications put

by MGVCL on web-site.

GST at applicable rate will be reimbursed in actual to the contractor only after submission of sufficient

proof of such payment made to the Govt. for claiming refund of GST, agency has to submit invoice in the

format prescribed by the Act.

Security Deposit shall be released on successful completion of work subject to finalization of final bill.
