Removing the existing treatment from the roof,Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm, M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, provn of APP polymeric waterproofing membrane of 3 Kg / Sq.M incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bitumenous Primer @ 100 gms / Sqm, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 @ 1.2 Kg / Sq.M each at top and bottom of the membrane complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10 cm overlap and on vertical surface the membrane shall be inserted in grooves and packed in CM (1:3) all as per manufacturers instructions and M&L for Cement concrete tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 22 mm thick machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roofs (confirming to IS -1237-1980), using with grey cement and pigment laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 jointed and pointed in CM 1:3 on accessible roofs complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Mangalore Ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern of roofing tiles,bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Renewing of existing Brick/PCC/ Magalore tiles of any description including removing and cleaning of old tiles, preparing bed/padding and laying or setting, jointing and pointing in neat cement slurry on roof and liquid WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in copings/benching complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Demolition of brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, external of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with WPC all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceilings of concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer on a layer of cement/wall care putty including preparation of old/new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specificed and as directed. M & L for repairing of RCC chajja, roof projection, facies and exposed reinforcement portion area n.exc 1.5 sqm each and thickness of RCC n.exc 75 mm applying one coat of cement slurry reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc. 2 kg per Sqm but n.exc 3kg per Sqm & filling the cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at damaged concrete surface and finish the surface with 5 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3. Applying 2 coats of cement paint on finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to IS 1161-1979 Gde-St -240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for double layered decorative false ceiling grid comprising of GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40mm long including Gypsum borad of 12 mm thick in ceiling and including two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer and two coats cement based wall care putty and including dismantling of old ceiling of any type in any position complete all as per manufacturers' instructions and complete all as specified and as directed including removal of existing false ceiling/along with light fittings. (Note:- Old unservicible light fittings should be re fixed as per the site requirment)
