Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV/12KV, 630 Amps, extensible, outdoor, 3 way RMU panel with 2 isolator & 1 VCB, SF6 insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit contained within stainless steel tank suitable for outdoor use free standing and comprising of :- (1.00) - 01 Nos- 630 Amp Triple pole, manually operated vaccum circuit braker encapsulated in SF6 stainless stee tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision of earth of the cable.(2.0) - 01- Nos- Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for front side bottom entry 3 core cable upto 300 Sqmm. 3, 02 No - 630 Amp triple pole, single break, 3-position (ON' OFF' and EARTH)ring main switches, each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provsion for earth and test of the cable. 4. 02 No- Air insulated cable boxes and glands suitable for front and bottom cable entry 3 core upto 300 Sqmm.

( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 32x6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated triple pole air break switch suitable for Horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulator 200 amps rating and steel frame mechanically oprated mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50 mmx6mm including MS channel of suitable size length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Lighting Arresters non linear Metal oxide type, distribution class with all fittings arrangements suitable to 11000 volts grade and discharge capacity 12 KV/10KA with and incuding lighting counter and cable of suitable size and core from lightning arrestor to ligting counter complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class B designation 75 for protectioon of UG Cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 110mm dia HDPE pipe, medium grade ISI Marked for protection of UG cables fixed in mass concrete pillar over/alongwith the culvert/drains complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, ( using 40mm graded stone Agg) in foundation and posts including caps and bases all as specified as directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with \ms clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of 15cmx 15cmx 6 mm thick MS plate welded with rolled steel equal angles of size 20x 20mmx4 mm thick of 30 cm long grouted in PCC block of size 0.2x0.2x0.25(LXWXH) and writing HT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation/interconnection of VCB panels with existing (ABB Make) VCB panel with complete busbar arrangements & SITC of new OEM 11 KV VCB Panel Board consisting of 1 outgoing indoor type, 630 Amps, 25 KA for 3 Sec, The panel shall be fully type tested with mechanical endurance class M2, Partition class PM and Electrical endurance class E2 and loss of service continuity category as LSC2 B and AFLR shall be an inbuilt feature of the panel. The incoming feeder compartments shall have drawn out type PT and the VCB compartments shall have metering and protection CTs as required. The switchgear shall be designed for a symmetrical breaking capacity of not less than 25kA confirming to IS / IEC 62271 -100, 622271-102 with latest amendments. including breaker including the cost of all required accessories, handling, transportation, CTs, draw out type PTs with rolling floor design for ease of maintenance & numerical relays for over current, earth fault, current & voltage displays, alarm & annunciations, indications, meters, LT control & instrumentation cables of required specifications etc complete in all respect for proper completion of work.vacuum circuit breakers must be manufactured by ISO 9000 certified manufacturer and shall have been type tested at CPRI/ NABL accredited Laboratory or any Govt. approval laboratory within 10 years as on the date of bid opening and in satisfactory operation for a period not less than three years. The VCB panel must have additional features :

(i) Continuous rated closing/tripping coil 24 volts DC-01 No. (ii) Spring charging handle-01 No. (iii) Fully-internal Arc tested for 25 KA FOR O.1 Sec-01 Job. (iv) Manual closing/tripping of CB with compartment door closed-01 Job. (v) Short time rating as per IES 62271-100-01 Job. Mechanical endurance test-M2-01 Job. (vi) Breaker shall be provided with the following features: (vii) Position call switch 3 NO 1 NC contact one each for test position-01 Job. (p) (viii) Tools and Operator's Manuals as per manufacturer's instructions - 01 Set. (viii) Foundation, PCC, and any other civil work as per manufacturer's (ix) instructions/drawings -01 Job. (x) Control cabling work with suitable size and core multi-stranded copper (xi) conductor cable as per manufacturer's instructions as required at site-01 Job. (xii) The contractor shall submit a type test certificate to the Engr-in-charge / AGE (I) for approval before placing the order.

The switchboards shall be designed to operate under site conditions as specified in the datasheets. If not specifically mentioned therein, a design ambient temperature of 40°C and an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters above mean sea level shall be considered. (i) All openings, covers, and doors shall be provided with suitable gaskets around the perimeter to make the switchboard dust and vermin proof. (ii) Each unit of the switchgear shall have necessary internal sheet metal barriers to form separate compartments for circuit breakers, busbars, instruments and relays, cable connections, etc. Compartments for cable connections shall allow cable termination and connection work with the switchgear energized. A suitable interlock shall be provided such that the cable compartment can be opened only when the earth switch is ON or Earthing truck is inserted. (iii) It shall be possible to extend the switchgear in either direction at a later date. Ends of bus bars shall be suitably drilled for this purpose. Panels at extreme ends shall have openings, which shall be covered with plates screwed to the panel. Details of drilled holes in bus bar and openings in the panels, provided for future extension shall be clearly shown in the vendor drawings. (ix) All joints and connections of the panel members shall be made by zinc-passivated high-quality Grade 8.8 or superior steel bolts, nuts and washers, secured against loosening. (x) Suitable eyebolts/ lifting clamps shall be provided for the lifting of the panel/shipping section. (xi) A rear door interlock shall be provided i.e rear door can not be opened unless the breaker is in the test position.

Space Heaters:- (i) The panels shall be provided with space heaters to prevent moisture condensation, and maintain cubicle temperature 5°C above the ambient. (ii) The space heaters shall be located at the bottom of the panel and shall be controlled through a double pole MCB and a thermostat with an adjustable setting range of 30 to 70°C. Space heaters shall be supplied from 240V AC auxiliary bus for a space heater.

(iii) The work also include the interconnection of existing C&S makes outgoing VCB Panel with complete bus bar connection arrangement and enclousure with above mentioned (ABB make) VCB Panel. The cost of the same must be included in the rates qouted by the contractor (iv) Any other item required to complete the job, is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Cutting of road, demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving thickness not exc. 15 cm for laying of HT underground cable of 95 Sqmm 3 core passing through HDPE Pipe 110 mm dia and making good (using PCC 1:2:4) the same after laying UG Cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : HDPE pipe shall be measued and paid separately under item No. 18 of BOQ .
