Carefully taking out / removal of dislocated / damaged architectural stone members of the temple structure by using proper T & Ps, arranging proper scaffoldings and staging, after proper documentation and staking at proper place to reuse including all labors, T & Ps, loading, unloading, etc. all complete as per direction of site in-charge.( Labour Charge Only)

Resetting of temple architectural stones and structural members carefully in line and level as per original using 70% old stones and 30% new stones in place of broken / damaged / deteriorated stones in 1:1:1 LSS mortar prepared in traditional manner using dowels for proper locking of stones and applying fresh pointing in the same mortar by using proper T & Ps, arranging proper scaffoldings, including all labors, materials, T & Ps, loading, unloading, curing and removal of staging and scaffolding after complete work, etc. all complete as per direction of site in-charge.( Labour Charge Only)

Earthwork excavation manually for base of pathway / flooring in all sorts of soil including throwing away the excavated earth outside of monument premises including all labors, T & P etc. all complete as per direction of site in-charge

Laying the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Lime: 2 Sand:4 Brick aggregate) below the flooring / pathway including ramming, consolidating and leveling etc. complete including compacting, curing, finishing, T & P, materials, labors etc. all complete.

Providing & laying 12cm thick sand stone flooring smooth and plain dressed set in L.S.S.(1:1:1) (1 part lime, 1 part sand, 1 part surkhi) mortar mixed with additives like gur, gugal, methi etc. including pointing, curing, all materials, labors, T & P etc. all complete as per direction of site in-charge.

Provision for solar street lights (All in one Solar Street lights) 24 watt in the premises of temple fixed parallel on the way to temple including solar panels, LED Lights and Good quality battery 240 WH, with long life warranty including all materials, labors, T & Ps etc. all complete

Provision for replacement of old damaged MS entry the M.S Gate with Angle iron 50x50x6mm shutter & 12 mm squire bar 10 cm c/c distance & fixing them in .Rolled Steel Channels ( 125 x 50) mm size as per drawing & design including Painting two or more coat with syntactic enamel paint over red Oxide primer & fixing the lime cement mortor & transformation Charges with loading / unloading etc Complete including all materials, labors, T & Ps etc. all complete.
