Reworking and rerolling the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and compacting finished surface as per clause 501.8.3.2 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4th Revision)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Providing and applying primer coat

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of M0SRT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works(4th Revision)

providing and laying semi dence medium

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
