Demolition of stones or brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete,all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets in ceiling, all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Brick work with old size bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (01 cement : 06 coarse sand) all as specified & directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, steel work duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, steel work duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to grade Fe.290.Gde-E-165, steel work duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n exc 15cm long with dia of neck 12 mm, all as specified.

Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, hips, valley/ eaves/ rain water gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Steel clip-in false ceiling system with steel plain, perforated, beveled edged tile (600mmx600mm) manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick polyster coil coated galvanised steel having 180 grams zinc coating. Coil coated steel tile shall have 20 micron polyster coated finish on front side and back coat of 5 micron alkalys primer. Two sides of each tile shall be raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring clip-in profile allowing for demounting of individual tiles. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of galvanized steel 0.50 mm thick clip-in profile of size 38mm x 20 mm and installed at 600 mm c/c spacing to support the tiles. Wall suspension angle, clip-in profiles shall be suspended and jointed fs of size 24 mm X 24 mmX 0.40mm thick are suspended from roof structure by GI ceiling brackets. wall suspension angles of size 24mmx24mm and 0.40mm thick are suspended from the roof structure by GI ceiling brackets. Wall suspension angle are made of coil coated steel matching the colour of tile. They are jointed to the clip in-profile system by hold on clamps. The tiles/ planks are held in place by pressure clips as per manufacuters instructions for spacing. In the flexible system the hanger and butterfly clip replace the suspension angle including necessary scaffolding all as per manufacuters specifications/ instructions and specified and directd by GE. Make:- As per Appendix "C".

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer), mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified. ( Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective Item of BOQ)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer), on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty (applied in two layers), finished smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered or previously undecorated wall surfaces with alkali resistant priming coat including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamelled paint on new steel or iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width/ girth including preparation of surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface, all as specified.

Taking down point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor for light point, socket point/ power point etc. in PVC casing and caping, surface pvc/ steel conduits, wood batten with clips including taking down board any type and size complete with any type of switches, sockets, holders, (batten or pendent type), ceiling rose etc. The light fittings (any type), main switches, distribution board with MCB’s of any capacity and make are to be removed/ replaced if required and all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Existing fan regulator (any type) and electric meters are to be refixed and connected properly where required.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS (Multistrand) PVC insulated ISI Marked unsheathed cable in and including PVC casing and caping of approved size, double lock type, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings/ accessories as specified in preamble 1 (a) to (q) of Section 19 of SSR Part-II, under heading point wiring and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor FRLS as earth wire (green colour) connected to common earth dolly box sunk for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc. covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet (Make Hylum or equivalent ISI marked) for one light point or one fan point through regulator or one bell point, controlled by one way switch/ push button complete including making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing all as specified and directed.

Switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps, all as specified.

Lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for angular/ batten fittings, all as specified.

Ceiling rose, 65 mm to 50 mm, two to three terminals, PVC/ Polycarbonate, insulated body fixed on PVC block, all as specified.

Flush type, step fan speed controller suitable for 1200/ 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

LED lamps, 10 watts all as specified and directed. Make:- CAT Part No LHLDERUEML8X010 of make "Havells" or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix "C".

E-lite LED Triyca batten, colour changing LED batten with options of 3000K, 4000K & 6500K all in one fixture, 20 Watts complete with all accessories and fixtures prewired and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of size 23 x .0076 from ceiling rose/ PVC connector to light complete. Make : Havell's Cat Part No. LHEXBYPNIN1W020 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appx 'C'.

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/ 1400 mm sweep from fan hook dismentling blade opening of motor cleaning stator rotor, cleaning of all parts, greasing, oiling of bush & bearing, reassembling including replaecement of unserviceable parts complete, refixing, reconnecting with 3 core copper cable of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to ceiling fan and testing on completion, complete all as specified.

Removal of existing burnt winding of ceiling fan, cleaning the slots thoroughly with suitable cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with new super enameled insulated 30 to 38 SWG copper wire of appropriate size including all winding, insulating material and impregnation of insulating varnish of any make, type, model, applying air drying the winding thoroughly complete, all as specified and directed.
