M&L preparing new or previously untreated Plastered/ Concrete Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), white and blue colour over a coat of primer on concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chequered Cement Concrete Coloured Tiles 300x300x20 mm thick machine pressed , Set, Jointed and Pointed in Neat Cement Slurry in Floors and Pointed in Grey Cement, laid over and including 15 mm thick Cement Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall be measured and paid seperately.

Surface Excavation not exc. 30 Cm deep and ave. 15 Cm deep and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Pipe 110mm bore (dia), Single Socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joints, with or without Ears, laid in Trenches or in Floors , complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading & Levelling in layes not exc 25cm thick & well ramming including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays/Foundation or for shaft wells cesspits, man holes, etc., getting out including forming bottom surface to required level, not exc 10 Sqm on plan and gradient in Soft/ Loose Soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE : Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid for separately under appropriate Item.

M&L Formwork to faces of walls,retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm(External) thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Even , complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:WPC shall be Measured and Paid for as ‘Supply only’ separately under appropriate Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L preparing newly Plastered surfaces of Walls by applying Wall Putty, cutting/rubbing to obtained a Smooth Surface and applying Two Coats of Weather Coat Exterior Paint (in Camuflage/Plain pattern as ordered) with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Framed work such as Grills, Gratings, etc. with Ends of Bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into Spikes; Framed Guard Bars; Barred Iron Doors; Ladders; Framed Balusters; Walkways; Railings; Framework of Water Tanks and similar Work, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for Columns, hooking Ends and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with Clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel tubular pole made out of GI pipe medium grade 80mm dia upto a height of 4.5 Mtr including GI bracket 32mm dia upto a length of 1.5 Mtr including all fitting required to fix the light fitting as per site requirement and base plate complete all as specified. M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying in Trenches Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks, kiln burnt, for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 50mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Pole Mounted Junction Box 155 x 210 x 92mm, having insulated and made out of Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber reinforced, rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66/65, having Gasket Material shall be Polyurethane and the Gasket shall be internally embedded, Tested at Glow Wire Test for 960°C, with Connectors, Plastic Mounting Bracket, Din Rail, Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp, Nuts, Bolts and Washers, complete all as specified and as directed.
