Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Backfilling behind abutments, wing walls and return wall complete as per technical specifications

SUPER STRUCTURE

Supply and fabrication of steel truss ( Structure ) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S. 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming I.S. 5660 as per specification and drawong including all T&Petc. nuts & bolts, washers, railing of MS flat and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing. The rates shall include ground errection in thr workshop and its dismantle after inspection, approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be execuited in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and its latest revision shall be applicable. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop rivetting, labour, T&Petc. and also including proper stacking after dismantling of ground erection. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost, which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job. Also including supply materials. T&P etc. required for proper copletion of the work as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge.

ERECTION OF TRUSS: Erecting and placing/fixing in position Grade 'B' structural steel (rolled sections and built-up sections using steel plates & rolled section conforming to IS: 2062 with yield strength of 250MPa i.e. Fe250) in steel truss (including top & bottom chord, vertical/diagonal members, stiffeners, gusset/cover plates), plan bracings, cross girders/diaphragms etc. supporting RCC deck slab as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRT&H)/Indian Road Congress (IRC) Specifications for Bridge Works and IRC:24 Specifications. Item to include all types of staging, scaffolding, necessary templates, temporary structures, necessary tools, plants, machinery and all related operations as required to complete the work with all leads, lifts/heights, true to level & position complete in all respect and also including cost for doing load test on bridge span as per IRC (SP 51-1999) code provision, inclusive of mobilization of manpower, equipment/ founding arrangements etc, testing charges, sand back filling, loading, shifting, de-mobilising, hiring of loading trucks, hosting arrangements complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications ( complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications. For 30 M span - Elastomeric Bearing of size 500 x 360 x 99 mm

Supply and Fixing of 20 mm dia P.F. make 8.8 grade HSFG High Strength Friction Grip Bolt to IS 3757:1985 latest to grade 8.8S with High Strength Friction Grip nut to IS 6623:2004 latest to grade 10S and high Strength Friction 2 No. washer including cost of all material, Labour, Fixing at site, all taxes, T&P etc required foe Proper completion of the work. (20 X 100mm)

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super- structure as per drawing and Technical Specification For solid slab super- structure RCC M 30

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Painting on Concrete/Steel Surfaces with Epoxy Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying of strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm( complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications )to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation.

Dewatering from foundation of abutments and wing walls (with pump capacity 4000 lit per Hr.) including wages of operator and fuel including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & Fixing 25 mm dia 1.40 m. long rock anchoring including supply of all materials T & P etc Complete in all respect.

PROTECTION WORK AND APPROACH ROAD

Excavation for Structures Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of ides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates for weir etc with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1301.

OTHER WORK

Construction of parapet as per standard drawing including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

White washing two coats on Parapet walls and tree trunk including prepration of surface by cleaning scarping etc. as per technical specification Clause 1916 of MORD Specificaion for Rular Roads 2014

Providing & fixing Title information board as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in the starting and end of the road .

Providing & fixing Maintenance board as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing Citizen Information board as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Carrying Out Cofirmatory boring at site at both the foundation location, testing Soil/rock samples and Provide sub surface investigation report as per the IRC/BIS codal Provision
