Tender for supply of hot food to the K.G.B.V and Girls Residential Hostels located in Ramasagara (K.G.F. Taluk / Mallanayakakahalli), Mulbagal Taluk / Somayajaladahalli, and Srinivaspura Taluk, strictly in accordance with the prescribed specific schedule of descriptions, all department terms and conditions, and the official guidelines.

Service certificate regarding food supply in residential schools/hostels during the last 3 years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) obtained from the concerned authorities of any BCW / BCM / SC-ST Department, along with a copy of the contract/agreement must be compulsorily submitted.

Submit Firm/Institution Registration Certificate. Must be a minimum of 3 years old.

Enclose a Solvency Certificate of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs.

Submit the certificate obtained from the Food Safety and Standards Authority.

Enclose the Trade License for the past 3 years obtained from the City Municipality / Gram Panchayat.

Documents to be submitted for having filed Income Tax returns and Audit Reports regarding the turnover achieved by the firm through e-tenders during the past 3 years.

The total turnover of the tenderer for the past 3 years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) should not be less than a minimum of Rs. 180.00 Lakhs.

It is mandatory to enclose the GST clearance certificate obtained from the GST office regarding payment of GST by the tenderer in the last 2 years (2024-25, 2025-26).
