Supply of able bodied labour for cleaning of Ghat road, Drains and culverts etc with required tools like Brooms / Malarams, spades, crowbars etc., to clean dry leaves, debris, water bottles, plastic covers, other unwanted materials on the surface of the road, in the side drains all along the Ghat road and slips whenever occurs including cost of required materials for cleaning and collecting them into Gunny bags and loading conveyance and unloading at the disposal points through Lorry/ Tipper as directed by dept during execution. Note:Regarding conveyance of labour the contractor has to make his own arrangements and supply the labour to at KM mentioned by the Dept.
Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work.Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth
Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use, stone masonry in cement mortar.
Conveyance of excavated earth/debris to a distance upto 1 KM from the site of work including loading at site and unloading at the place where specified by the Department as directed during execution.
Supply of cement of 43 grade cement(OPC) to the site of work of 50 Kgs per bag of cement.
Collection and supply of the Fine aggregates / Sand (un screened) for concrete & filtering items of works to the site of work and stacking to the departmental gauge for premesurements including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution
Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.
Supply of following Hard broken stone of granite metal screened free from dust obtained from approved quarry by quarrying wedging breaking, burning, splitting including stacking of stones to dept. gauge etc., complete as directed during execution

Supply of 80 / 100 Bitumen (Bulk ) VG 10

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars below 36mm diameter of Fe-500 grade / Fe-500D grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement
Providing Flush Pointing with C.M(1:4) to Randum Rubble masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.
Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

Digital design, Supply and erection of flex sheet boards with back support of frame work made with 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight) to erect all the specified places as directed by the department. The cost is including all materials, labour for printing, erection at specified place including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the department .
Hire charges for Supply and erection of digital design flex banner with required material like threads and sticks etc., to erect specified place as directed by the department. The cost is including material, labour for printing, erection and removal after completion of the function etc complete as directed during execution.
Hire charges of Tractor for pulling.
Hire charges for engaging of 30 KVA generator for restoration of damaged MS safety railings and other purposes as required during maintenance works.
Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum)
1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs
2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour.
3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor.
4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges.
5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above.
6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.
White washing one coat for old work with fine screened shell lime of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including mixing gum, conjee water or prickly pear juice with necessary brushes etc., inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials etc., labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding,lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work and and complying with standard specifications.
Painting two coats for new plasterd surface with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter over cement primer for exterior grade - 2 (Total three coats) approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
Painting single coat for old plasterd surface / Iron work with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades -Grade-I approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supply of semi skilled work men of Masons, Stone Cutter, Painter, Carpentar 2nd class (with required tools) for maintenance of road as directed during execution
Engaging 2nd class welder for attending restoration works in ghat roads.
Hire charges for engaging of the Gas Cutting set, along with gas cylinder and oxygen cylinder and required tools including consumption of domestic gas and oxygen etc., inclusive of conveyance of the materials at site at Tirumala etc., as directed during, execution. (Excluding cost of labour charges of welder & Helper)
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate confirming to Table 400-12 & Table 400-13) to Wet mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mixer, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with Vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes weight to achieve desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per Technical specification vide clause No.406 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution.
-do- for thickness of more than 100mm using vibratory roller.
Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH.
Note: 1.A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2. Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.
-do- on Bituminuns surface.
Providing and laying Bituminous concrete of specified thickness by Hot mix plant 100-120 TPH capacity using bitumen of grade VG30, IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler (Qurry Rubbish) conforming to Table 500-17 & Table 500-9, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled 8-10 tonne, vibratory 8-10 tonne and tandem 6-8 tonne rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Specification vide Clause No.507 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge during execution.
Note : 1. Although the rollers are required only for 3 hrs as per norms of output, but the same have to be available at site for 6 hrs as the Hot mix plant and paver will take six hours for mixing and paving the output of 450 tonnes considered in this analysis. To cater for the idle period of these roller there usage rates have been multiplied by a factor of 0.65.
2. Quantity of Bitumen has been taken for analysis purpose. The actual quantity will depend upon job mix formula.
3. Labour for traffic control, watch and ward and other miscellaneous duties at site including sundries have been included in administrative overheads of the contractor.
4. The individual density for each size of aggregates to be used for construction I.e.,37.5-25 mm, 25-10 mm etc., should be found in the laboratory and accordingly the quantities should be amended for use in field. The average density of 1.5 tonne/cu.m is only a reference density in this Data Book.
5. The individual percentage of aggregates should be calculated from the total weight of dry aggregates I.e., excluding the weight of bitumen. The weight of filler will also be 2 per cent by weight of dry aggregates.
-do- Grading - II 13.2mm (Nominal Size) Layer thickness - 30 to 40mm with bitumen binder @ 5.4% mimimum by weight of total mix.
Repair to pot holes by removal of spoiled / damaged material, trimming the sides to vertical and leveling the bottom, cleaning the same with compressed air or any appropriate method filled with 75mm B.M, applying bitumen emulsion prime coat at the bottom and bitumen emulsion tack coat on sides and bottom as per technical specifications clauses 502 and 503.
HIRE CHARGES FOR CENTERING & SCAFFOLDING for RCC Vertical walls of plane surface (rate is for both sides centering) including open drains.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: AluZinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)
Supply of 2"x2" (50 mm x 50 mm) - 8 Gauge (4mm) Hot dipped Galvanized Iron Chain link mesh as per IS: 2721-2003 including the cost and conveyance and all incidental charges, etc., complete as directed during execution. The chain link mesh shall have a zinc coating of type 'heavy' with mass of coating 290 gm/sqm as per IS:4826-1979 (Reaffirmed 2001) Table.1. The mesh shall be provided with heavily coated galvanizede line wires of 4.50 dia. as given in Table.1 of IS:2721-2003.
Labour charges for fixing various sizes of G.I Chain links and tying in position to the posts / angles or supports with G.I wire including the cost of the G.I wire etc., complete as directed during execution ( excluding cost of G.I chain links angles, posts, bolts and nuts) and fixing with bolts and nuts to the angles.
Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Labour charge for fixing GI sheets including cost of J. Bolts bitumen washers etc., with or without ridges complete as directed during execution.
Hire Chages for Core drilling machine/Drilling Equipment
Artist painting to like God/ Animal/Birds pictu res/Scenerics over Walls and MS sheet with three coats back ground (one coat primary & two coat synlhetic enamel paint) the rate including cost of labour charges / Artist remuneration / materials cost like (Painting / brushes / scaffolding etc) complete as directed during execution.
