Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil in all leads and lifts such a spade work , pick work , jumper work Saturated/Unsaturated soil blasting work in soft/ hard rock chiseling/wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the useful material available from cutting work and handing over the useful material to the department free of cost as per direction of the Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

In foundations, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work compele in all respect.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, and girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level 2nd class bricks cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).

Precast concrete block masonry with solid conrete blocks of approved size made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm and down gauge) foundation and plinth upto floor level two in complete in all leads and lifts.

R/R stone masonry/ Polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement : 6 Sand). complete with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in C.M.1:3 (1Cement:3 sand) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of SFRC Manhole covers confirming to IS: 12592 (part-II) 1991 with latest amendments of different grades, description and opening of frame EHD ISI mark circular type dia 560mm as per te requirement in all leads and lifts.

Dismantling of DI pipes in trenches conforming to IS 8329-2000 in standred lengths of 4 mtrs to 6 mtrs class K-7 including testing and providing tyton (push on joints ) to ductile iron and fittings with tyton rubber ring (SBR quality) conforming to IS 12820-1989, including testing of joints. ( Pipe and tyton tubber ring shall be provided by the department free of cost from I&PH Division store Shamshi).
