( Note :- Two runs of 4.0 sqmm (FRLS) and one run of 4.0 sqmm (FRLS) copper conductor shall be measured as one unit length.)

Notes:- 1.The time limit for attending the job/complaints complaints within 24 hour. 2 In case the contractor fails to attend/rectify the defects within the above time limit i.e 24 Hrs (excluding reapair of Electronic PCB cards and replacement of compressor in which a specified time duration of 3 days required) penalty will be imposed as under :- Rs 200/- per day per complaints for first seven days after that Rs 500/- per day per complaint. 3. The representative of contractor shall report to the E/M refrigeration Sec complaint cell on all working days to receive the complaints. 4. A register shall be maintained by the contractor/his Rep to record the complaints and its progress. 5. A separate Docket complaints slip book shall maintained by the contractor to note the complaints/jobs and get it signed by the user after completion of work and submits to the JE-in-Charge. (6) Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
