Excavating in soft/ loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cubic meter , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm. completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.15mm dia wire and any size of mesh size (pitch of wire) as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars etc. conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc 10 cm long with dia of shank 11 to 15 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel Angle iron fencing posts and struts cut indepently and embedding in concrete including cutting tops to shape as directed and drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.inluding flat iron (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.(each line wire to be measured) including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillers etc but excluding ashlar facing etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surface channels & drains including forming the finished drain using extra cement using forms, mould etc complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth ; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out . all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge/ slit from drains not exceeding 1.50 meter deep and removing outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter height above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash sub class ‘B’ bricks of class degination 10, built in cement mortar (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 16 above but except bricks using servicable bricks obtained from item No 10 here-in-before.

M&L brick work with fly ash sub class ‘B’ bricks of class degination 10 laid on edge including bedded, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs for manholes etc. chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles including repalcing old covers of any type and description including demolition of reinforced concrete of any description( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and in any position complete all as specfied and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/Path complete all as specified and directed.

S&F endora tile good grip series 300X300X8-10mm thick consinehas of colour set in neet cement slury on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed with pigment complet all as specified and directed.

S&F endora (industral tile) sandex plus sevies size 600mmX600mmX1Cm thick in combination of black and white pattern set in neet cement slury on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed with pigment complet all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in leveling concrete in floor finished even & rough to receive top floor layer/finish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 60mm thick pre-cast cement concrete (Design mix M-35) grade pre-polished moulded vibratory compacted inter locking coloured paver block of any shape (confirming to ISI-15658-2006) laid over and including 50 mm thick ( compacted thickness ) sand cushioning and joint filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 80mm thick pre-cast cement concrete (Design mix M-40) grade pre-polished moulded inter locking coloured paver block of any shape (confirming to ISI-15658-2006) laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning and joint filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

SS&F providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) as on walls finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts, hunching etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steelwork of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as specified.

M&L for granite work(table rubbed and polished) in gate piller and like set in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to matach with shade of granite thickness of granite 16 to 18 mm over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of trellis work(Jafari)/Fibre sheeting work in walls including taking as under of batterns in trellies (post and rails measured seperately)

M&L 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified.

S&F Steel tubular section of any size and shape including special shaped washer fixing in any position etc.complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

M&L for 450 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:2 with and including collar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled steel joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe- 290 (Gde E- 165)

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping s crews as complete all as specified and directed.
