Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of centrifugal multistage pumpset horizontal type, suction / delivery -65x50mm, discharge capacity-46 cum/hr, 250 mtr head, mechanical seal arrangement including 3-phase energy efficient squirrel cage induction motor as prime mover, 415 V, S1 duty rating, energy efficiency level -IE 3, in terms of IEC 60034-30:2008 & IS 12615 :2011 (with subseqent amendments), ISI Marked capacity not less than 75 HP (55 KW) 3000/2900RPM ,fixed to pump through jaw type coupling with pump, having impellor of phosphorous bronze and shaft of carbon steel complete, including PCC foundation complete all as specified by manufacturer, base frame and cable connection including taking down old pump set from foundation and removing from site and demolition old existing foundation complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down old un-serviceable LT panel and M&L for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Indoor type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-43 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following complete all as specified and directed : - (a) Busbar chamber : Electrically grade shrouded aluminium bus bar of capacity 300 Amps for each phase and 200 Amps for neutral and current density 0.8A/Sqmm , including interconnection of all switch gears, fixed on DMC insulators and provision of extension.

Notes for Item No 3:- 1. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth.(8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/water rinsing/de-dusting/water rinsing/activation/phosphating water rinsing/passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel 3. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification degree of protection IP-43 ( should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A 4. All the electricals switch gear like MCCBs, MCB should be of same make 5. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE/AGE (I) before fabrication. 6. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2. 7. The rate quoted above shall include the cost of shifting of old starter panel to MES store yard.

Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable non return valves of cast iron and S&F of heavy duty cast iron non return valve 100mm dia class "B' High pressure PN 1.6 confirming IS 5312-1 (2004) ISI marked , flanged end alongwith fixing accessories such as suitable size nut, bolts and washer and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable foot valve and S&F cast iron foot valve of 100mm dia flanged end type confirming to IS:4038 ISI marked alongwith fixing accessories such as suitable size nut, bolts, washer & rubber gasket complete all as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the existing sluice valve and S & F cast iron sluice valve heavy duty doubled flanged 100 mm dia PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846 ISI Marked with stainless steel spindle and two nos of MS flange of 16 mm thick, 08 holes with nuts, bolts, packing materials complete all as required at site of water supply instalations all as Specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised pipe, Heavy class, ISI marked including Heavy grade ISI marked fittings bends/elbow/socket etc 100 mm (4") dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair galvanised pipe, Heavy class, ISI marked including Heavy grade ISI marked fittings bends/elbow/socket etc 80 mm (3") dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing in repair of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch A

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing in repair of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch A

S & F in repair PVC insulated unarmoured and unsheathed three core copper conductor flexible cable FR, ISI marked of 35 Sqmm with suitable copper terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC insulated unarmoured and unsheathed three core copper conductor flexible cable FR, ISI marked of 25 Sqmm with suitable copper terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F U-PVC pipe of size 75 mm(bore) of SCH-80 including all pipe line fittings like elbow, socket plug hose clips adaptors cutting through walls floors and making good or laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for poles,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in hard/dense of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning , filling in, any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick, in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1 with peak size 250mmx150mm x 40mm compliance with IS:5820-1970, as cable protection over sand cushioning perpendicular across the cable length wise in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm bore GI tubing light grade laid under road/culvert/drain fixed to pole wall with help of flat iron clamps etc for cable protection and making good surface of road with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on external surfaces of brick wall/concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of GI 25x4mm galvanised iron stripfixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required incl taking down old strip complete all as specifed and directed.
