Removing / Taking out of sand (fine aggregate) and saw dust from small arms range / firing butt. The serviceable materials of sand and saw dust are segregated by sieving and stacking a side for re-use complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for fine aggregate (approved sand) and saw dust mixed at (1:1) ratio (one part of sand and one part of saw dust) and spread, levelled, compacted to a true and inclined finished surface, complete all as specifed and as directed.

All as per Sl item No.02 above but except sand and saw dust complete all as specifed and as directed. Note- (i) Sand and Saw dust are obtained from Ser item No.01 (ii) Mixing ration shall be 1:1 (one part of sand and one part of saw dust).

Removal of sand and saw dust obtained from Ser item No.01 above to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed of a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick Walls, concrete surfaces including Racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water,etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section of security/cattle fencing including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling of wire mesh / chain link fencing of any description and any type complete all as specifed and as directed.

Mild steel framed work as in grills , gratings etc., with ends of bars shoulders or framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS Posts and Struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets, bolts and round bars (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size , mesh or type complete all as specifed and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including lines wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2.0 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M& L for Taking down and re-fixing of galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tyting and crossing with the provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repairs for Concertina coil of 610mm dia razor type made out of 2.5mm dia SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire 145 to 150 N/sqmm zinc coating 240 gms/sqm(min.), weight of coil shall be minimum 8.57kg per coil when being not stretched, stretch length of coil shall be 6.25Rm after laying, min nos of turns in each coil shall be 49/50. Galvanised razor ribbon type shall be of size 0.5mm thick, 19mm wide before wrapping on central core wire. Concertina coil shall be fixed to existing angle iron supports using GI clips 125 to 127 Nos per coil and special nuts and bolts for holding Z coil together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs exc 25 mm but not exc 50 mm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not.exc 6 mm complete all as specifed and as directed.

Precast Cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item No. 19.00 above but except PCC blocks Note- (i) PCC blocks obtained from Ser item No.19 will be re used

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

Plain cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work complete all as specifed and as directed.

Granite (of any type) 18-20 mm thick, work table, rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, piller, window cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2),with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specifed and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer complete all as specifed and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer complete all as specifed and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted plastered surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specifed and as directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed.
