HANDLING OF CHEMICALS, LIME, GENERAL CLEANING, HOUSEKEEPING AT BOILING HOUSE

PART – A- SUGAULI –Boiling House Section

Cleaning, sweeping, boiling house floor, collecting the spill over syrup, Sugar etc., cleaning gutters/ drainage, parapet walls, cleaning of equipment’s in Boiling house, spreading bleaching powder, any other miscellaneous jobs, as required in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed by Officer in charge.

Handling and shifting of lime bags from ware house to lime station by the means of hand push trolley (provided by HBL), mixing, and preparation of milk of lime in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed.

Handling and shifting of Sulphur bags from ware house to Sulphur burner by the means of hand push trolley (provided by HBL) in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed.

Shifting chemicals for ETP operations from designated place to ETP with hand push trolley or tractor trolley. Handling and dosing/ mixing chemicals, culture, sampling, assisting in testing etc. in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed.

Scrapping all Boiling house equipment’s and vessels, collecting and filling of scrap sugar in bags, handling, shifting & stacking of scrap sugar bags through hand push trolley to sugar godown or any other nearable place inside the plant directed by HBL Boiling House in charge. Washing and cleaning of Boiling house equipment’s and vessels inside and outside, like Juice heaters, Juice suplhiters, syrup sulhiters, DCH, clarifiers, vacuum filters, Sulphur furnace, MOL preparation units, Evaporator station, all Pumps and their surrounding areas, vacuum pans, molasses supply tanks, crystallizers, run off tanks, centrifugal machines, Pug mills, Magma Mixture, Sugar Melter, Hopper, Sugar Elevators, Grader, Sugar bin ,Drier house area, Spray pond, Surround wall of boiling house, Top & side sheets of boiling house etc. including platforms of each station. complete washing and cleaning of Boiling house and its floor after end of season and making ready for further off season maintenance and preservation. This exclude tube cleaning job. This has to be completed within two weeks from the date of end of crushing season. Penalty @ 1% week delay maximum up to 5% will be applicable on this item.

Unloading of process chemicals like lime, sulphuric acid, lubricants, antifoam etc. from outside trucks/trolleys and stacking at Store or any other designated place as directed by HBL. In case of loading, same rate shall be applicable. In case of both loading and unloading both, measurement will be double the quantity.

Handling, collecting and filling of rori sugar in 50 Kg sugar bags & reprocessing in magma mixture, melter, hopper as directed by HBL's officers -in-charge. The operations shall be in shifts as directed by HBL. The contractor shall quote rate per bag basis.

Handling, shifting of Chemical bags and drums like Urea, DAP, SMBS, Common salt, Sulphuric acids, any acids, antifoam etc. from respective ware houses to bio-digestor, evaporation unit, clarification unit, fermentation unit, spent wash section/ evaporator, CPU, WTP and distillation etc. complete by means of hand push trolley or tractor trolley (provided by HBL), addition/ dosing/ mixing required quantity as directed.

Cleaning, sweeping, floor, collecting the spill over molasses, syrup, chemicals etc., clearing gutters/ drainage, parapet walls, cleaning of equipment’s in Ethanol plant house, spreading bleaching powder, any other miscellaneous jobs, as required in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed by Officer in charge.

PART-C-LAURIYA- Handling of Chemicals, Lime, General Cleaning, Housekeeping at Boiling House & Ethanol Plant:

Cleaning, sweeping, boiling house floor, collecting the spill over syrup, Sugar from sulphitor pit, cleaning of all pump pit like AH, BH, CL, Mud etc., clearing of all magma mixer pits, cleaning of all pan gutters/ drainage, parapet walls, cleaning of equipment’s in Boiling house, spreading bleaching powder, any other miscellaneous jobs, as required in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed by Officer in charge.

Handling and shifting of lime bags from ware house to lime station by the means of hand push trolley (provided by HBL), mixing, and preparation of milk of lime in 3 shifts, cleaning of pumps pit, shifting of grit as per direction pf HBL officers by your own truck trolley on daily basis. Keeping lime station clean and both lime godown also be cleaned during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed.

Handling and shifting of Sulphur bags from ware house to Sulphur burner by the means of hand push trolley (provided by HBL) in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed.

Shifting chemicals for ETP operations from designated place to ETP with hand push trolley or tractor trolley. Handling and dosing/ mixing chemicals, culture, sampling, assisting in testing etc. in 3 shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc. as directed by HBL officers.
