OD195002/2022-2023:Supply & Installation of 62.5 KVA Diesel Generator set and integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms and as per technical details given below. 1. Battery. Suitable capacity fully charged battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. Automatic Battery charger. 8. Comprising of Gen-Set Controller, which has indication / LCD displays available for Lube oil pressure, Battery voltage, Engine RPM, fuel level in the day tank, Engine Running hours, AC Current, AC Voltage,AC Frequency, AC Power metering with Safety trips for high engine temperature, low lube oil pressure, low radiator water level, low fuel level, under/over speed and high canopy temperature . The D.G set should have a warranty of three years

14.1:Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.7:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

14.10:Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required (excluding reinforcement).

14.12:Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all levels

OD195003/2022-2023:Supply and providing 100 mm/equivalent size M. S. pipe -5mm thickness B class complete with suitable size 12mm flange coupling with minimum 4/5mtr using allied packing with MS bolt with washer and rising the same on the wall/ parapet using chain pulley, scaffolding's, supports with M.S angles/channels etc. including painting the pipe with one coat of zinc chromate primer over a coat of high temperature resistance aluminum paint etc. for extending the exhaust pipe of the newly erected 62.5 KVA D. G. sets.

OD195412/2022-2023:Providing and fixing following capacity On load change over switch unit inside the existing panel board including drilling holes in the cubicle panel, making connections as requered. 100 Amp 4pole COS

90.14.5:Supply and fabrication conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
