Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge I. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. a) upto 3 m depth i) With pumping out water including shoring as required.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip Course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 15 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sqm.

Making filter with well graded 40 mm down ballasts and laying uniformly behind weep holes, below pitching on bed, side slopes including supply and carriage of all materials to site including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting with wooden malllet after laying to achieve designed section as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge (measurements will be on finished work / in stack after deducting necessary void).) (a) Jhama ballast

Providing and laying pre-cast brick block pitching of required size (53 Cm. x 53 Cm, x 25 Cm. or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ) with 1st class kiln burnt bricks in cement mortar including flush pointing on all faces except exposed face which to be plastered with 19 m.m. thick cement plaster , curing, dressing, ramming & preparing subgrade in slopes & bed complete with necessary earth work not exceeding 300mm in depth with all leads & lifts including cost of all materials/ blocks up to site by all means of transport. The gap between adjacent blocks will not be more than 10 m.m. (Sand, cement mortar mix for making blocks, pointing & plastering is1:4)

Supplying, fitting and fixing at site Cast Iron flap shutter for hume pipe sluice with Cast Iron collar and other fittings etc. complete (as per drawing & direction of Engineer-in-charge)including casting the same, necessary drilling etc with carriage to site complete. The Cost includes cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).

Taking out old existing unservicable damaged draw/flap gate shutter of distributories/ branch canal/minor canal/channel completely after disengaging from hoisting system completely for installation of new gate shutter. The work includes cutting of gates into suitable pieces by gas cutting, removing the same by mechanical means or suitable crane, stacking all the pieces at the suitable place or departmental godown or as directed by the Engineer in charge. The cost includes cost of man power employed for dismantling and cost of consumables like oxygen, accetylene gas, hire charges of machineries, like chain pulley block, gas set, tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading with all lead & lift.

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Canal/River as per IS: 5620 - 2000/Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizantal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle , channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). i)Width of Gate shuteer size upto 2 metre
