| 7 | Brake Jet System
Replacement of old and Supply / Installation of new of complete braking system and its integration with the existing OPU system including all piping works, auxiliaries, other allied associated works and integration with the digital governor system.
The nozzle for brake jet is to be replaced.
The hydraulic valve utilized for turning the water jet on/off
shall be replaced along with the Supply installation testing and commissioning of new hydraulic pipeline from the new OPU.
ii. The SITC of complete braking system and its integration with the existing OPU system & integrated with the digital governor system and same be taken up before restoration of the machines.
iii. Restoration of brake jet system be interfaced and integrated with Governor for all 4 units.
iv. Supply of other auxiliaries like piping and other details of braking system shall be compatible with the system

| 9 | Nozzle Seat Ring, Needle Tip (Bottom & Upper side) and Deflectors
To enhance the life of nozzle seat ring, it is recommended to replace all the parts of brass material of this equipment and consider using stainless steel material, specifically
ASTM A240 UNS 41500 with HP- HVOF coating instead of brass. Additionally, applying HP-HVOF coating to the needle tip is recommended for improved durability and erosion resistance.
Replacement of Existing 2 (two ) Nos. Nozzles, Seat rings 2 no's and Deflectors 2no's in each machine with supply and installation of new one of SS material specifically ASTM A240 UNS 41500 and HVOF coating thereof. Setting Alignment and other allied works | 4 | set | - | - | item 8 |
| 10 | Overhauling of existing 2 nos Nozzle servo motors and Deflectors Servomotor including replacement of all the seals, gaskets, transducers/ Sensors with compatible cabling works.
Replacement of 2 No deflector servomotor transducer for each machine.
Replacement of 2 No nozzle servomotor transducer for each machine.
Setting, Alignment & other allied works be checked again before restoration of the units.
Buckets:
• Sandblasting, primer coating, and finishing with an epoxy paint be carried out on entire
installation for the effective refurbishment and long-term protection.
