Construction of 4 BHK and 3 BHK Housing Project at Sy No 25, 26,27 and 28 of Challaghatta Village, Bangalore South on Lump Sum Turnkey Basis based on Tenderers Own Design under Two Cover System

Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor at least One similar project for any government, semi government, Boards and corporations only of Value not less than Rs. 589.50 /- Crore

Experience in Key Activities: The Tenderer shall have executed following minimum Quantities of Works in one single Financial Year out of the five Financial Years (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25): Earthwork 1,21,638 CumRCC 55,362 Cum Steel Reinforcement 9867 MT Shuttering Materials 1,90,883 Sqm

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate : Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work : (i) availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work and (ii) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.), for availability for this work are furnished.-As per Bid Document

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5 - B) The tenderer should provide an Affidavit swearing to the effect that the stated works are the only works and it is true to the best of his / her / their knowledge

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs.674.00 Crores. Note: Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2025-26

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 90 Crores (Credit lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates) from the Nationalized/ Scheduled Banks for meeting the funds requirements etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated flow for three months in the peak construction period).
