The panel manufacturer should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities ,dust free spray paint booth,(8 tank proce3ss pretretment process includes :degreasing /water risnsing/de-rusting /water rinsing/activation/phosphating water rinsing/passivation). The panel manufacturer should have following certification:- (i) CPRI certificate Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC: 61439-1-2 & IEC: 60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certificate short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certificate rated current not less than 5000A 2. MCCB should be capable for on line setting of the current. 3. Drawing of panel board/meter box should be got approved from GE Clement Town before fabrication. 4. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV/12 KV , 630 Amps Non extensible, outdoor type, 3 Way RMU panel with 1 Isolators & 2 VCB, SF6 gas insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit contained within stainless steel tank suitable for outdoor use free standing and comprising of :

2 Nos - 630 Amp triple pole, manually operated vaccum circuit breaker encapsulated in SF6 stainless steel tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable.

2 Nos - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for front side bottom entry 3 core cable upto 300 sqmm.

1 Nos - 630 Amp triple pole, single break, 3-position ('ON', 'OFF' and 'EARTH') ring main switches, each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth and test of the cable.
