Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.

First class brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:3 in foundation and plinth.

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement base paint such as snocem on new work two coats to give an even shade

12mm thick Cement Plaster 1:4

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats, square bars, tee and channels) ladders grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree grounds etc, including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position

Damp proof course 40mm thick of CC 1:2:4

Copping on top of wall 3" thick of CC 1:2:4
