Material & Labour for reinforced concerete pipes, class NP-2, internal dia 600mm laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed. .

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Hand packing with broken stone or boulders ( any thickness) at back of the retaining walls etc and raising ( or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.
