(b) Detailed inspection of transformers at repairer works for assessment & estimation involving major repairs of transformer as detailed below: - Opening of transformers cover , draining of oil, if any, de-tanking core and coil assembly, replacement of damaged parts, minor repair of any part including core and tank (if required), cleaning washing of dust & dirt etc. from all parts including core and tank, Cooling tubes of radiators, removal of damaged parts requiring replacement, fitting & fixing of new parts, making connection & assembly complete in all respects, re-tanking after repairs, filling fresh transformer oil, making transformer ready for tests and testing for all tests as per clause No. 16 of Technical Specification.(The rate shall be Firm)
Painting inside & outside of transformer including radiator tubes conservator with suitable primer and two coats of suitable paint of smoke grey colour and marking etc.(The rate shall be Firm)

Opening nut and bolt of Top cover plate of Power Transformer Flushing of core and coil assembly of transformer by the injecting of hot transformer oil through filter machine it is to be assured that the flushing oil used should be hot, free from moisture & sludge. Cleaning of radiator with hot oil & Blowing hot dry air. Drying it in sunny weather. (The rate shall be Firm)
Supply & fixing of rubberized gasket set between top cover and top flange of power transformer by use of good quality 12 mm rubberized gasket sheet. (The rate shall be Firm)

3MVA Overhauling - Plain
Transportation charges from any site in Uttarakhand/Work shop to contractor works & from contractor works to UPCL site/ store center including packing forwarding loading un- loading stacking and transit cum 30 days storage insurance charges (for Plain Areas)(The rate shall be Firm)
Opening nut and bolt of Top cover plate of Power Transformer Flushing of core and coil assembly of transformer by the injecting of hot transformer oil through filter machine it is to be assured that the flushing oil used should be hot, free from moisture & sludge. Cleaning of radiator with hot oil & Blowing hot dry air. Drying it in sunny weather. (The rate shall be Firm)
Supply & fixing of rubberized gasket set between top cover and top flange of power transformer by use of good quality 12 mm rubberized gasket sheet. (The rate shall be Firm)
(A) Supply & Replacement of HT Bushing of the transformer (The rate shall be Firm)
(B) Supply & Replacement of LT bushing of the transformer(The rate shall be Firm)
(A)Supply & Replacement of HT metal part of the trans former. (The rate shall be Firm)
(B) Supply & Replacement of LT metal part of the trans former including neutral bushing .(The rate shall be Firm)
Supply and fixing of silica jel breather containing of blue color size 2 to 4 mesh silica jell. Also fill the oil of oil pot of breather (The rate shall be Firm)
Supply & Replacement / Overhouling of Bucholdz relay of reputed make.(The rate shall be Firm)
Supply & filling of fresh transformer oil after dehydrating it as per specified value i.e. up to more than 50 KV BDV..(The rate shall be Variable)
Radiator should be placed in such a way that moisture could not enter into radiator's the plate should be fixed on flange of raditor, it should be open only at the time of commissionning of transformer. (The rate shall be Firm)
Supply and fixing of oil temperature and winding temperature meter of reputed make(The rate shall be Firm)
Cleaning of transformer tank, radiator and all parts from out side with water and caustic soda, removing rusted point . Painting of transformer with two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamel paint after one coat of red oxide primer paint. (The rate shall be Firm)
Repairing of marshalling box and its housing, hinges, shuters, glasses. (The rate shall be Firm)
(A) Supply & Replacement off load tap changer(The rate shall be Firm)
(B) Repair & overhauling of off load tap changer(The rate shall be Firm)
(A) Supply & Replacement of Radiator Valve(The rate shall be Firm)

Checking of all LV, HT neutral bushing Rod connection to transformer winding. Making them perfectly intacts replace ment of all HV, LV gaskets of bushing(The rate shall be Firm)
Deputing engineer for supervision by the contractor at site during commissioning of the transformer (the work involved in erection i.e. handling of different parts assembly of trans former shall be carried out by respective agencies construct ing the sub-station)(The rate shall be Firm)
