Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 C/S 40mm Stone Ballast.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced ceme upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

RCC Work in beams,suspended floors roofs having slopes up to 15 degree landing , balconies, chajjas, lintels, bands,plain window sills,staircases and spiral staircases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand ;3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominial size ) SOR no 23642 1-5-3 )

Reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening ,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, ropping etc. and removal of form for foundation,footings,bases of columns etc.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, ropping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.
