Deployment of 1 No.Sweeper for Regular Washing, Cleaning, Dusting all rooms of Rest House including washrooms, toilets (including fixtures, fittings & furniture), Dining, Kitchen, Pantry, Store rooms, Corridor/Circulation Areas, Porch, Staircase, Balconies, Roof etc. including cleaning/ dusting of all equipment, furniture and all Doors & Windows panes of Rest House, Keeping whole campus of Rest House neat and clean. The garbage generated to be collected from rooms & other areas and to be disposed off properly after sagrigation. The Non-Biodegradable waste to be handed over to Local Collection Authorities/ collection people /dustbins /Collection Centres (if any). The Biodegradable waste along with tree leaves, grass etc. to be placed in a pit near the campus with soil layers on it at regular intervals to prepare manure for using the same in the flower beds/pots complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployment of 1 No. Mali for cutting of grass/shrubs periodically and upkeeping of Rest house campus paths/open area, maintaining all lawns, flower beds and flower pots in the Rest House, ensuring/ managing regular water supply/ storage and regular cleaning of water storage tanks and regular cleaning of Gutters, pipes, drains & Chambers for effective disposal of waste water & rain water and proper sanitation of the Rest House building and campus complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployment of 1 No. Chowkidar / Beldar for keeping proper watch and ward of Rest House Buildings, furniture, equipment and campus against any theft, damage to property of the Rest House by deploying security perso/ watchman complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
