Tile terracing laid dry over roof consisitng of one layer of tiles 22.86x11.43x3.83 including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 top surface to be left clean after wire brushing.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 gola 10cm x 10cm concave quadrant along junction of roofs with parapet wall finished smooth, where specially specified

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 with stone ballast or shingle mixing by manual means

Scraping - cement plaster

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:4

20mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in two coat work

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering including disposal of rubish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead (excluding the cost of scraping of plaster and replastering).

Chowkats of commercial hard wood such as Hollock confirming to ISI specification no 1003 m kiln seasoned of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, corner straps cleats, stops, bolts for hold fasts etc, complete fixed in position . Double Rebate (60mm x 150mm)
