Water Bound Macadam Grading-2:- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (with an initial lead of 5.0 Km.) A. By Manual Means. (ii) Grading-II (c) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface anr spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 - 1.20 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emultion (CRS-1) using emultion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 Kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface treasted with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. ( 38 % of total area)

Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete: (Providing and laying semi dence bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter transorting the hot mix to work site, 508 @ 4.5 to 5%, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the reqd. grade level and alignment rolling thesmooth wheeled vibratory anf tandem roller to achieved the desire compaction as per MoSRT&H Clause No. 508 complete in all respect. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant (including cost of testing of material at site and laborotory as directed by the deptt.) (a)With hydrated lime/cement as filter (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I) With 60/70 or VG 30 grade bitumen (ii) For Grading-II (10mm nominal size).

Road Marking with Hot Applied thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glagg Beeds on Bituminous Surface: Providing and Laying of hot appliied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gm per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (as per SOR SH&MDR 2018-19)

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for Three Year (Providing of trees by the road side (Avenue Trees) in 0.60 m dia holes , 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil in the ground,mixing the soil with decayed farm sludge/yard mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches,waterin, fixing,the tree guard and maintaining the plants for three year.
