Supply and Laying GI tubing medium grade of size 100 mm with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces etc complete in trenches of following sizes after taking down old unserviceable GI pipes all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately.

Repairs to leakage / damaged G.I. pipe of size 100 mm bore including necessary excavation, returning, filling in removal/ pump out the line water cutting out GI pipes at both ends replacement of GI Pipe and jointing with new fittings accessories such as sockets, tees, reducers, Nipples,Bends etc. all as directed by Engr- in- charge. Note:- G.I. pipe length will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of sch A

Supplying and laying in trenches spigot and socketted ends, centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes class 'LA" suitable for run lead joints, 80 mm bore dia, conforming to IS : 1536-2001 and ISI marked, including caulking, testing of the pipeline complete all as specified and directed including taking up or down ci pipe of same size all as directed by Engr in charge. (Excavation and earth work, joints and jointing material, certain CI specials will be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for run lead joints for spigot and socketted end including spun yarn or tarred gasket for 80 mm bore pipes.(Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S & F CI fittings, ISI marked, heavy duty, such as CI bends (any type, radius and angle) Tappers any type (straight , bend, increasing , decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch , Y junctions , double branch, cross complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors with all fittings (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps , upto 150 mm dia pipe

Repair/ preventive maint or smooth operation function of defective sluice valves of size 80 mm to 150 mm from existing section / delivery / distribution pipe line, opening up/unscrewing of nuts & bolts and replacing with nuts bolts washers gaskets packing/gland packing and repairs of leakage complete as required at site, reassemling and fixing sluice valve to its original position testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to leakage / damage CI Pipe line pump out the line water and cutting out CI pipes at both ends and inserting with new short pieces, jointing materials and testing etc for 80/100 mm bore pipe. (Excavation and earth work, pipe length, CI fittings and joints shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule)

All as per item No 26 here-in-before but 150 mm bore dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying/taking out GI pipe line all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 60 x 60 x 60 cm depth with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:4:8) type CI (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron and 6 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements, hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, two coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft loose, soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1;3;6 type C2 40 mm graded agrgreate for making good the distubed surface of Road ,floor, Thrust Block etc .complete all as specified and directed.

Material Labour for Mechanical joint suitable for 80 to 100 mm dia CI/GI pipe, fabricated and made out of MS sheet of thickness 6/8 mm including welding work, rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
