| 1.00GENERAL NOTES : 1) Rates to be quoted by the bidders should be exclusive of GST for all the items but inclusive of all other taxes, duties, CESS, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statue for all the items. | ||||||||||
| 2.002) Site laboratory shall be established by the contractor to carry out all laboratory tests at BARC campus, Atchutapuram at specified location and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 3) Clearance of site and preparation of approaches to the locations of the boreholes shall be carried out at all different areas of site for which no extra payment shall be made by BARC(V) separately. 4) Field record sheets shall be signed by both BARC representative and contractor's representative and be finally handed over to BARC(V) before processing the final bill. 5) All tests shall be carried out as per relevent standards /specification and cost of test (field/laboratory) inclusive of preparatin of report consisting of test procedure, results(tables/graphs, Model calculation etc) discussion and recommandation and submission of soft copy to BARC(V) for approval. Payments toward item is payable after completion of tests and submission of final report. 6) Full rate of any item will be paid after report submission and duly approved by BARC(V). However, part rate as decided by Engineer-In-Charge will be paid after completion of field/laboratory test. 7) All field/laboratory test shall be performed in presence of BARC(V) representative and witness of BARC(V) representative shall be obtained in the field records without fail. 8) Drilling rigs must be capable of vertical drilling through all kinds of soils and all types of soft to hard basaltic / Granite rock . The quoted rate shall exclude GST or any other taxes involved. | ||||||||||

| 4.00 | Mobilisation and demobilisation of suitable boring and drilling plant and all other allied equipment like boring rigs, all other in-situ tests equipments, and all equipment necessary to do the work under scope of this contract etc. including all skilled and non-skilled personnel required for the work etc. complete and demobilisation of same on completion of entire work and removal from site (CONTRACTOR to mobilise sufficient equipment to the site in order to complete the work within the stipulated time-frame.) Drilling rigs must be capable of vertical drilling through all kinds of soils and all types of soft to hard basaltic / Granite rock all as per specification & drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Notes:
1) A minimum of 3 rigs are to be deployed for execution of the work.
2) 30% of the amount will released after mobilisation of a minimum of 3 rigs.
3) 30% of the amount will released after setting up of site laboratory.
