The packers once fixed, the crack line shall be sealed using high strength two component epoxy Sikadur 31. The sealing shall be done from both inside and outside the wall along the crack line. Supply of a shrinkage free low viscous resin based injection grout in crack width upto 5 mm Product: Sikadur -52LP Yield: 0.88 ltr/ kg Product requirements: Compressive strength >= 30 N/mm2 ( 14 days) according to ISO 527 : Bond Bond strength > 10 N/mm2 (14 days) or concrete failure according to ASTM C 882. Supply and apply a stitched, one directional, high strength CFRP fabric SikaWrap® 230C in single layer over walls as per manufacturer specification including thixotropic epoxy based impregnating resin / adhesive Sikadur®-330 for low density fabric for base and top coat. CFRP product used shall have minimum requirements: tensile strength (nominal) = 3800N/mm2; tensile E – modulus = 2.3x105 N/mm2; elongation at break (nominal): 1.7%; fabric design thickness = 0.131 mm.
