Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.

Plastering with CM (1:4), 20 mm thick including cost & conveyance of all materials and labour charges curing etc., complete

Providing Galaxy Granite 18-20 mm thick upto 2.43M (Premium Quality) polished leather finish granite stone slabs (steel grey or pearl black) with borders and design as per the pattern approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of length not less than 2.43 mts set over base coat of cement mortar (1:5), 12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kg per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, granite slabs etc., to work site and all operational, incidental labour & lift charges, full rounding the edges of treads, providing 3 grooves of size 2mm x 1mm for the full length of treads, polishing charges, cost of base coat and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work for treads and risers (S.S.701 & special)

Shifting and refitting/reinstallation of existing statues from one location to another suitable/approved location, including careful dismantling/removal, loading, transportation, unloading, positioning, fixing and alignment on the existing/new base, necessary anchoring and grouting, cleaning and surface preparation, application of primer and two coats of approved quality paint in required colours, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding and incidental works, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
