1 1 Conducting Topographical GIS survey for the existing and proposed UGD scheme to the town with latest total station survey equipment’s. The work shall include collection of field data from local body, conducting detailed survey showing all important land marks, existing internal and outfall sewer lines, all roads, levels, nature of roads, L-section for sewer rising mains with all survey staff required covering all the developed & newly developed layouts or L-section survey for Sub-Main/Mains/Trunk Sewer/Rising main from wetwell to STP including clearing the obstructions, with all survey staff required covering all the developed & newly developed layouts with submission of Soft copy of drawings along with open source file and Hard Copy in 3 sets for the Existing and Proposed UGD internal sewer network/raising main/outfall system for the newly developed and developing areas as per TMC, Boundary. Conducting block level survey work for the existing and proposed STP, wetwells, etc., with latest total station survey equipment’s. The work shall include collection of field data from local body, conducting detailed survey showing the all important land marks, existing/proposed sewer lines with submission of Soft copy of drawings along with open source file and Hard Copy in 3 sets for, a) Existing STPs -2 No's (1.5 MLD STP at Hosur village and 2.5 MLD STP near Vijayapura) b) Proposed STP ( As required No's based on the hydraulic design) c) Proposed Wetwell ( As required No's based on the hydraulic design) Exploratory drilling of Boreholes down to required depth, drilling of 150mm diameter boreholes in all type of soils except hard rock and large boulders (boulder core more than 30 mm), including refilling, reinstating surface and disposing off surplus material including use of mechanical rigs with power operated winches as well as percussion / chiselling tool for advancing through occasional seams of hard strata to be employed where necessary in River bed area including standing/flowing water with all necessary arrangements except making of platform under water which shall be paid extra. - do- For Proposed STP / Wetwell - In all type of soils 0 to 10m -do- Extra for 150mm dia. bore in hard Rock/large Boulder at all levels - 10 m to 20 m Taking out 100mm dia. & 450mm long undisturbed samples of soil from bore holes, including provision of air tight containers for packing and, labelling incl. transporting the samples to laboratory. Consultancy services for collecting the data’s for population, fire demand, industrial demand, bulk consumers etc., and any other details of the town, The population projection shall be calculated for immediate, intermediate and ultimate year based on approved population projection methods or any other methods which is prescribed from the CPHEEO. Based on the survey data collection for developed, newly developed and undeveloped areas (Both existing and proposed) of UGD system, The hydraulic, structural designs and drawings of the UGD components shall be prepared based on survey data and existing sewer network details as surveyed. The hydraulic, structural designs and drawings shall be prepared and submitted duly discussing with board authorities, local bodies and elected representatives. Consultant can also study the demographic features of entire town and prepare the designs and drawings for sewer networks (Both existing and proposed) of entire Gundlupete town. The network hydraulic design shall be prepared by providing MH in the sewer line shall be proposed at an intervals as per the latest guidelines. The condition assessment and check for adequacy for the existing sewer lines and MH's shall be made and possibility of the linking to the existing network shall be analysed while designing the network in the town, if the sewer line is not functioning well in the existing UGD network for such sewer lines shall be re-designed. The town map and any other relevant details are superimposed in GIS map duly ear marking the existing and proposed UGD system. Any other hydraulic, structural design and drawings prescribed by the Board official shall be prepared and it shall be submitted for approval. Provision for reusing of effluent water for proposed STP's. The frequent guidelines and norms shall be followed which is issued by the CPHEEO, KSPCB, BIS, IS and latest journals of concrete/steel shall be followed. The crossings of canals/river/streams and roads shall be identified and provision for trenchless technology shall be made if the pipe line are laid below otherwise necessary steel bridge or any other structure shall be designed for laying of pipe line over the above said transport mode duly discussing with board authorities. The sewer network, transmission main, trunk main, outfall sewer lines, rising main, pumping machineries shall be designed based on latest software which is prescribed by the Board. The Eco main for the sewage rising main and others excluding sewer network shall be submitted. The STP, wet wells and other components civil and steel structures shall be designed based for on IS of latest edition and its amendments. The existing STP shall be re analysed and up gradation to new technology shall be adopted as per the guidelines & as directed by the Engineer In charge. The hydraulic and structural design and drawings shall be prepared and submitted duly consulting with the Board officials. Three sets of draft hydraulic and structural designs and drawings eye visible shall be submitted to Board and approval to the same shall be obtained from the higher authorise. After approval 10 sets of eye visible hydraulic design and structural design drawings shall be submitted to the board along with the copy DPR's. The soft and hard copy of the same will be submitted with the open source. The above specification rates are included for the transportation, taxes and duties. For existing and proposed UGD system of entire Gundlupete town.

Consultancy services for Preparation and submission of Detailed DPR's of UGD system (including 5 years maintenance) based on the hydraulic design and structural design and drawings for all the components of UGD structure for entire Gundlupete town. The detailed project report shall includes assessing of financial IRR, Economic IRR, analysis of land use pattern, analyse the UGD charges, yearly O & M charges, calculation of power charges of UGD electrical components, debt service coverage ratio of the ULB's working out of O&M projection for project period, revenue collection and assessing the break even point revolving fund etc., as per guidelines stated by the board officials. The suggestions given by the elected representatives, local body and development authorities, other departments, general public and board officials will thoroughly examined and same can be incorporated in the DPR's. The trial pits details for examine the strata for civil structures, pipelines etc.., shall be provided along with DPR for appraisal. All the proposed and existing UGD details shall be integrated and marked in GIS in different fields, the entire city map showing existing and proposed UGD components shall be included along with area developed in the town. The detailed estimate for the each components of UGD system is prepared based on hydraulic and structural drawings for UGD components described by the Board officials. The DPR shall be prepared based on UNISR of prevailing years of different departments. The UGD system components shall be prepared based on CPHEEO norms. Three true quotations shall be submitted for the non-scheduled items which are not available in UNISR, The necessary estimates of PWD roads, Canal crossings of pipe line and UG cables shall be incorporated in the DPR based on the relevant department standards which is mandatory. The pumping machinery, SCADA system, electric Substation and uninterrupted power supply lines for both existing and proposed comprehensive UGD system for the town shall be prepared and incorporate in the DPR's. Further the re use of back effluent water estimates shall also be included in the DPR's. The DPR shall be finalized duly consulting with the Board officials. The scope of work also includes preparation of information memorandum, MOA, Application and other required details and also laisioning with state/ Central Government Departments and local bodies for getting approvals including presenting the proposals for the proposed UGD system in the town. Preparation of detailed project report and tender bid documents shall be prepared duly consulting with the Board officials and same will be submitted for approval. Three sets of draft DPR's along with necessary hydraulic and structural design drawings and tender Bid documents shall be submitted to Board and approval. The approval shall be obtained from the higher authorise of the Board. After approval 10 sets of DPR's along with necessary hydraulic and structural design drawings and 4 sets of tender bid documents shall be submitted to the board. The soft and hard copy of the same shall be submitted with the open source. - Do- for Existing and proposed UGD system PFR and DPR of entire Gundlupet town.
