Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unsv capacitors bank and S&F new cylindrical type capacitor bank in existing APFC panel of capacity 30 KVAR, 3 phase, 440Volt, 50 HZ complete incl making all necessary connections and cutting chasing if required in existing APFC panel incl testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unsv analog type ammeter for LT Panel box and supply and fixing new three phase ampere meter digital type including CT of range (0-500), amp of size 96x96mm for LT including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing incl cutting if required in existing LT panel complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unsv analog type voltmeter for LT Panel box and supply and fixing new three phase volt meter digital type including PT of range (0-500V), of size 96x96mm for LT including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing incl cutting if required in existing LT panel complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unserviceable indicator lamp assemble LED type from LT panel and supply and fixing new indicator lamp assemble LED type RYB including making connections with 2.5sqmm copper conductor single core PVC insualted cable and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cutting the slot if required in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 25 x4 bles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

M&L for tinkaning, welding, denting/painting to damage door and MS Iron framework, including hinges of door, nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold and hot drillling hole for bolts , in any size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer one under coat and one finishing coat of paint with existing colour and having letter writing (required instruction) in white/Red paint, complete and taking out to existing old U/S MCCBs, Bus bar from LT Panel carefully and replacement with new one aluminium lugs to incoming and outgoing LT cable, complete servicing testing and commissioning in all respect all as directed.

M&L for replacement of burnt copper bus bar of rating 200 A to 600A on LT panels of size 8.00mm thick and 45mm width with proper color coding as directed after unmounting all switchgears and refixing the same after replacement of busbars complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting the unservicable under ground cable, taking out the same and supplying, laying, commissioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured stranded aluminium conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS 1554) in trenches/ducts/through GI Pipes under roads of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specifed and directed.
